Belmont New Home Build

Built on the shoreline of beautiful Lake Macquarie, the site had limited access and a natural water course to contend with.

The 5 metre retaining walls were secured using a "rock drilling and injection" system and the underground stream directed to the water's edge via a myriad of pipework.

The house itself was constructed using a reverse cavity technique, again proving challenging to the builder.

Built with 3 concrete slab levels, the upper being polished and with core blockwork walls, it is of extremely solid construction.

The detail on the front and rear decks combined with the superior level of finish inside makes it both comfortable and stylish.

The completed project includes fully tiled bathrooms, hardwood stairs and even a bridge allowing access to the external glass lift.
