Brie Equities was initiated in 2003 with Managing Director, Ian Sharkey working in the industry for just over 30 years.

Ian was a carpenter by trade, specialising in shop fitting, joinery and the construction of new homes.

Ian then extended his skills to become a licensed builder and created Brie Equities.

Brie was developed to project manage the construction of hundreds of new homes for another local building company with each home custom made to the client's design.

Brie then expanded to encompass the renovation of bathrooms, kitchens and houses throughout the Hunter Region.

To date, Brie has completed a huge range of projects including extensions, new homes and unit developments from Lake Macquarie to Nelson Bay.

In 2012 Brie Equities was invited to work in the Aged Care industry. Ian saw this as an opportunity to give something back to the community by assisting our aging population.

This work is extremely delicate but also rewarding with cleanliness and safety at a premium.

We now complete renovation work, maintenance and new projects for several and our contractors are trusted throughout the facilities.

Brie Equities employs highly skilled tradesmen with a large majority having worked alongside Ian for many years. These tradesmen are not only honed in their profession but are completely competent working within nursing homes and your residence.

Brie Equities now employs over 60 different tradesmen who can individually or collectively complete any project from small jobs to million-dollar projects - whatever you require.
